Foaming Solid Boards

Foaming solid boards are multi-layer composite boards built around a BPC (bamboo-plastic composite) core, engineered for interior applications that call for a lightweight, easy-to-machine board with a smooth, ready-to-finish surface. Unlike single-layer boards, each Bingochic foaming solid board is constructed from five bonded layers, giving it a more consistent surface finish and better structural behavior than a plain foam or plywood substrate.

5-Layer Construction

Every foaming solid board is built from five layers, each serving a specific function in the finished product:

1
PE Protective Film — removable film that shields the surface from scratches and dust during transport and installation
2
Laminated Film — the decorative surface layer, applied for color and finish
3
Coextruded Layer — bonding layer that anchors the laminated film to the core
4
BPC Base — the structural bamboo-plastic composite core that gives the board its rigidity and weight
5
Coextruded Layer — a matching bonding layer on the reverse face for balanced construction

Key Features

Lightweight Yet Rigid

The BPC core keeps the board light to handle and install, while still providing enough rigidity for furniture and panel applications.

Smooth, Ready-to-Finish Surface

The laminated surface layer provides a clean, even finish suited to further decoration or direct use.

Balanced Construction

Coextruded layers on both sides of the BPC core reduce the risk of warping by keeping the board's structure symmetrical.

Easy to Machine

The board cuts, drills, and shapes cleanly, making it practical for furniture-making and custom fabrication work.

Moisture-Resistant Core

The BPC composite base holds up better in humid conditions than untreated wood-based boards.

Certified Manufacturing

Produced under an ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system and 3C certified for consistent output.

Foaming Solid Board vs Other Board Materials

Factor Foaming Solid Board Plywood MDF / Particleboard
Weight Lightweight BPC core Moderate to heavy, depending on ply count Heavy, dense material
Moisture Resistance Moisture-resistant composite core Vulnerable to swelling if not sealed Prone to swelling and breakdown when wet
Machinability Cuts and shapes cleanly Good, but can splinter at edges Workable, but edges can chip
Surface Finish Pre-laminated, ready to finish Often requires additional surface treatment Requires veneer or laminate for a finished look
Structural Stability Balanced, symmetrical layer construction Stable, but grain can affect warping Can swell or deform with moisture exposure
